Are your fabrics in stock and ready to ship?
Most fabrics are in stock and available for immediate shipment unless otherwise noted on the product page. In the rare event of an inventory discrepancy or unexpected shortage, we will contact you promptly with available options. Please note that larger yardage orders may require additional processing time.
Do you accept returns, exchanges or alterations on cut fabric after delivery?
Each yard is custom-cut just for you, so we aren't able to accept returns or exchanges once fabric has been cut. We always recommend ordering a sample first to make sure the color and texture are exactly what you're looking for. If you have special requests, just send us a quick message, we're happy to help!
Do you offer rush processing?
All orders are processed within our standard 2–3 business days. If you need your fabric sooner, simply send us a message. We'll do our best to accommodate your timeline whenever possible.
What if my package is delayed/lost in transit or stolen or return to sender?
Once your order leaves our studio, it's in the hands of the shipping carrier — but we'll always do our best to help. If your tracking shows delays or issues, please reach out to the carrier directly for the fastest updates. You can also share your tracking info with us and we'll help guide you on the next best step.
What if my item is returned to the sender/seller after it's shipped?
If a package is returned to us for any reason, we'll reach out as soon as it arrives back at our studio. We don't get advance notifications from the carrier, so we'll only know once it's been received. Once it's in our hands, we can reship your order. Re-shipping costs would need to be covered by the buyer.
If something goes on sale after I order, do you offer price adjustments?
We totally understand that timing can be tricky! Our prices are set at the time of purchase, so we can't offer retroactive discounts. That said, we run promotions regularly, so keep an eye on our newsletter or our social media channels for future offers.
Do you offer price matching or custom discounts?
We are happy to review larger projects and may be able to offer volume pricing based on the quantity ordered. To ensure the best pricing, please contact us before placing your order. While we do not offer price matching or post-purchase price adjustments, we strive to provide competitive pricing and exceptional value year-round.
